Shipping Information

Delivery Area

We ship only to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Shipping Times

Orders placed by 12 Noon EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship from our warehouse within 5 business days. Orders placed over the weekend, on holidays, and after 12 Noon EST on weekdays will ship out within 7 business days. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on your total order amount before sales tax. To determine the shipping cost for your order, please refer to the chart below (charges are per shipping address):

Return Policy

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please save the box and contact us immediately. We'll tell you how to send it back, and we'll send you a replacement right away.
